This nose has a stubby shape with the nose sitting higher up on the muzzle part for a beaver look, it can also pass as an otter, a groundhog or a gopher.

This is our Beaver / Otter Nose. Like most of our pieces, this prosthetic appliance was sculpted on a generic adult male lifecast, so it will fit most faces.
This nose has a stubby shape with the nose sitting higher up on the muzzle part for a beaver look, it can also pass as an otter, a groundhog or a gopher. The nose is in one piece.
The default price includes one unpainted (blank) Beaver / Otter Nose prosthetic in hot foam latex.
You can choose which material you'd like it made in by selecting it above. It is available in slush cast latex and hot foam latex. Visit our FAQ for the differences between these materials.
To finish it, you can paint it with makeup, or pax paint, to make it resemble a beaver or an otter. Paint it in browns for a natural look; add teeth for a beaver, or forego the teeth to make it an otter; or paint it in greys or other colors for many other rodents like gophers or ground hogs.

Contact lenses, ears, teeth or other prosthetic pieces other than the Beaver / Otter Nose that are shown are not included in pricing. Combining the Beaver / Otter Nose with different ears, chins or forehead pieces can give it a whole different look. Some of the above photos feature our Bear / Rounded Prop Ears put into a fur hood.
Options:
- Optional Rodent Teeth: We will attach a set of latex buckteeth to the nose.
- Optional Whiskers: We will embed the chosen style & quantity of plastic whiskers into the nose.
- Optional Single Colour Paint: We will spray ONE single colour of PAX paint over the entire prosthetic as a base coat. Enter ONE colour in the single colour paint field. For example: "medium orange-brown." This option requires 1 to 2 days for production time.
- Optional Full Custom Paint: We will fully paint and detail the piece with multiple colours and shading, using PAX paints. Enter a detailed description in the full custom paint field. For example: "A natural beaver. Medium brown on the muzzle, dark brown on the face, black nose and lips." You can also e-mail us an image or send links to reference pictures. This option requires 2 to 4 days for production time.
